Give your next task a clear quarter-hour time limit. This 15 minute timer is ready at 00:15:00, so you can start your countdown with one click. Fifteen minutes is 900 seconds. Use the large display to check the time remaining while you study, work on a focused task or keep track of time in the kitchen.
A quarter of an hour gives you a set window to read a few pages, review vocabulary, draft an email or prepare ingredients. Pick a task, press “Start” and use “Pause” if you need to stop temporarily. “Resume” continues from the time left. “Reset” stops the countdown and returns the selection to 15 minutes, even if you changed the duration before starting.
You can adjust the hours, minutes and seconds with the columns, the adjustment buttons or the keyboard. After the countdown finishes, “Restart” repeats the duration you last used. Turn on “Sound” if you want an audible alert, and use “(Check)” to test it. When time is up, a message appears; closing it stops the alert. If your browser blocks automatic audio, press “Play sound” in the message.
Your running or paused countdown is restored when you reload this page in the same browser, provided browser storage is available. The 15 minute timer saves its state separately from other timer pages. Keep the page open to receive the end notification. Sound may be delayed if your device goes to sleep or your browser suspends the tab.
